McNeal, Sports & Wilson Risk Advisers Broker Will Wilson, Jr. Recognized as a 2021 At Large Power Broker
Will Wilson, Jr., Partner | Risk Adviser, McNeal, Sports & Wilson Risk Advisers
Will Wilson, Jr. knows how to get things done for his clients, old and new.
“We had an opportunity after Hurricane Laura to go to Louisiana and do some mitigation work,” said Stacey Casey of Casey Restoration, LLC.
“Since our insurance did not cover us in Louisiana, I reached out to Will in hopes that he could pull off a miracle and get us covered quickly so we could respond to this natural disaster … He was able to secure a national carrier for us and the cost was a lot less than we originally thought … He kept me updated through the whole process and was, as always, the ultimate professional.”
When engaged by the City of Waycross, Wilson uncovered massive coverage gaps.
“We were underinsured in a lot of lines,” said Waycross HR director Ed Lastinger. “[Wilson] hit the ground running once we awarded them the bid … It’s been outstanding, and the City of Waycross couldn’t ask for better.”
Part of Wilson’s success is his deep industry knowledge.
“He’s knowledgeable about coming trends and keeps us informed,” Lastinger said.
The praise extends to his customer service as well.
“A lot of agents just sign you up and wait to push the renewal button to collect fees,” Casey said. “I’ve never felt this way with Will. I know he has other clients, but he always makes me feel like I’m his largest, most important account.”
