Aon Broker Dino Nikocevic Recognized as a 2021 International Power Broker
Dino Nikocevic, Assistant Vice President, Aon
Dino Nikocevic is no stranger to hard work.
The son of war refugees from Yugoslavia, Nikocevic grew up watching his parents persevere and work hard to provide a new life for their young family. That perseverance endures today in Nikocevic as he works passionately for his clients.
One of Nikocevic’s clients, a large pharmaceutical company, faced unique pressures and new risks in 2020 associated with COVID-19.
Organizing coverage for clinical trials in many different countries while ensuring local standards and international ones were met was no easy feat. Nikocevic stayed current on everchanging regulations in a challenging political environment and managed to keep his client informed regularly.
His client praised his ability to see the finer points in international risk, noting Nikocevic helped the client manage its political risk.
Another client commented on Nikocevic’s ability to tie everything together when handling local country contacts, saying with over 60 countries in the program, “it can get unruly at times, but Dino manages it masterfully.”
Nikocevic worked closely with another client to manage its COVID-19 concerns.
While exploring business interruption coverage, it noticed a need to review business continuity and network server exposures and make updates. These updates let the client increase its coverage and show the carrier how it was prepared for future pandemic risks.
