Ames & Gough Names Brian Lynch and Jared Maxwell Senior Vice Presidents

Ames & Gough appointed equity partners Brian Lynch and Jared Maxwell as senior vice presidents.

Lynch, appointed an equity partner in 2023, leads the firm’s national Associations and Nonprofits practice from its Washington, DC office. He brings more than 17 years of insurance brokerage experience to the role and joined Ames & Gough in 2016. He earned a B.A. in broadcast communications from Elon University.

Maxwell has served as an equity partner since 2016 and oversees client service and business development for the firm’s Boston office. Since joining Ames & Gough in 2013, he has focused on helping architecture, engineering, and construction clients manage professional liability and executive risk. He previously spent eight years at Marsh and earned a B.S. in business administration and marketing from Drake University. &
