InsuranceAUM.com, affiliated with The Institutes, announced the return of its Insurers’ Real Assets Forum, which is taking place March 18–19, 2026, in Philadelphia.

Now in its second year, the event brings together insurance investment professionals for discussions on real estate and infrastructure — two asset classes that are part of insurers’ long-term strategic portfolios.

“This is a highly focused gathering, created by limited partners for limited partners, to help sharpen your thinking, exchange real-world insights, and engage directly with peers who are navigating the same challenges,” said Stewart Foley, founder and senior advisor at Insurance AUM.com.

In addition to discussions and collaboration, the forum will feature live performances by local musicians.

InsuranceAUM.com announced that Siddharth Chakravarty, Director of Investments at Coaction Global (pictured above) and James Overpeck, Vice President of Investments at The Hanover Insurance Group, will be chairpersons for the event.

While the full agenda is still being finalized, attendees can expect new formats (Chief Investment Officer-focused roundtables) and expanded opportunities for connection, including:

Interactive panels designed to help participants get the most out of the event, offering guidance on maximizing conversations.

Private, pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings between limited partners and general partners to encourage discussions on real estate and infrastructure investment strategies.

Opportunities to meet peers in an informal environment.
