Marsh Broker Natalie Kenny Recognized as a 2022 Construction Power Broker
Natalie Kenny, Senior Vice President, Marsh
Coming up with innovative solutions is Natalie Kenny’s chance to shine.
Her client faced a hard multi-family frame construction market and insurer quotes with limited capacity and higher water damage deductibles on a project worth north of $250 million.
Undeterred, she presented the company with a new technology firm that provides solutions for water damage mitigation and prevention. The client adopted the new technology, and as a result was able to secure a much lower retention as well as attracting non-traditional frame capacity.
The new capacity enabled Kenny to look into a creative new program design in order to secure better pricing for her client.
Kenny, who has been a builder’s risk property construction specialist for more than 17 years, lives by the philosophy that clients are her most valuable asset.
To this end, she works tirelessly to understand the risks that keep them up at night and find solutions to mitigate the problem.
Collaborating and building trust with the client enables Kenny to explore more emerging solutions and deliver the best results.
Another client, Gisel Davila, senior director at real estate firm Tishman Speyer, whose team Kenny has worked with for the last decade, said,
“Natalie is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and diligent. I can speak for my entire team in saying we are extremely fortunate to work with such an impressive individual and broker.”
