Suzanne Dann Named Group President at Sedgwick

Sedgwick named Suzanne Dann as its new group president, positioning her to oversee the company’s major business lines globally, including casualty, property Americas, workforce absence and international operations.

“This appointment reflects our continued focus on strengthening how we operate, scale, and deliver for clients around the world,” said Mike Arbour, Sedgwick CEO. “Suzanne’s experience and leadership will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our global platform and execute our long-term strategy.”

Dann joins Sedgwick from Wipro, where she served as CEO of the Americas. Prior to Wipro, she held senior leadership positions at Avanade, an Accenture and Microsoft venture, and IBM, developing deep expertise in technology, consulting and enterprise services. She has overseen global teams of more than 50,000 colleagues and brings extensive experience in financial services.

The appointment unifies Sedgwick’s core business lines under a single global leader, strengthening the company’s operating model while enabling functional leaders to scale enterprise capabilities across markets.
