Alliant Broker Christopher Grynaviski Recognized as a 2020 Specialty Power Broker
Christopher Grynaviski, Marketing Manager, Alliant Insurance Services
Christopher Grynaviski, marketing manager for Alliant Insurance Services, specializes in insuring community associations, representing 443 condominium, homeowners and office condominium associations with a combined total property value in excess of $4.2 billion.
In this complex market, Grynaviski advises community managers and boards of directors on a daily basis regarding a number of challenges surrounding risk exposure and risk management.
Heather Dombach is one such community manager, with Associa Mid-Atlantic, who has benefited from Grynaviski’s encyclopedic knowledge of the space. Dombach said that “everything I know about insurance I learned from Chris.”
Dombach added that she has worked with other brokers who did not seem to understand the necessity of certain products to protect planned communities, but that Grynaviski knew exactly what her concerns were.
Patty Kurtz, insurance coordinator with Access Property Management, explained that Grynaviski goes above and beyond and particularly complimented his patience. They’ve been working together for about two years.
Grynaviski actively supports organizations that provide education and value to community associations, like the Community Associations Institute, a national organization that advocates for and provides education to community associations.
