WTW Broker Elizabeth Leto Recognized as a 2026 International Power Broker

Operating across borders can be tricky, because each individual location has its own sets of rules and regulations. Placing insurance internationally takes attention to detail and organization.
Elizabeth Leto consistently proves her mettle.
“She’s very organized,” said client Karen Bohrer, senior risk manager, L3 Harris. “It takes a lot of coordination and across different coverage lines with the network brokers overseas. It can be a challenge at times to get an experienced broker in foreign casualty, but Liz leads the charge.”
To better serve Bohrer and the over 25 countries L3 operates in, Leto created Country Calls, a bi-annual opportunity for the teams to get together to talk about their local insurance programs: “The larger operation countries meet with risk management and the brokers, to say hello, review local coverages, local businesses can explain any operational changes, and learn what is working well and what may need some improvement,” explained Bohrer.
Leto “leads the calls and coordinates it with her expertise in this area.”
For another client, she was able to pull together a historical document that showed every program change for the clients’ 400 locations. “This [document] is almost everything we’ve ever done,” said the client. “She’s provided country-by-country information, which gives details on each country’s specific rules and regulations on the casualty side.”
