AssuredPartners Broker Joel Heining Recognized as a 2021 Aviation Power Broker
Joel Heining, Vice President, AssuredPartners
For more than 30 years, Joel Heining has played a role in the aviation industry in a myriad of ways.
From his background as a pilot in both the military and aviation communities to his 18 years within insurance, Heining offers insight into proper insurance products and risk mitigation responsibilities for his clients.
Ultimately, Heining strives to protect his clients’ exposures and fiduciary responsibilities, all while focusing on timeliness and accuracy in responding to his clients’ needs.
As Scott McDonald, president of ODL Services, explained, Heining is always quick to respond and has an intimate knowledge of the aviation market.
“His priority is the correct coverage with a cost-conscious emphasis,” McDonald said.
“We are a veteran-owned small business, and Joel’s knowledge helps us protect our company and clients while realizing that financial constraints on a small business have to be taken into account. He gives our small business the same level of support, advice and guidance that he provides to his much larger clients and thus has a keen awareness of entrepreneurial issues.”
Heining also strives to stay abreast of all issues facing the aviation industry, so that he is constantly well versed in the issues that may affect his clients.
“Joel knows the aviation industry. He periodically calls us with updates and lets us know if or what is going to directly affect our business,” said Pam Garrett, vice president, director of financial and administration at Reliance Aerotech Services, Inc.
