AssuredPartners Broker Desiree Jimerson Recognized as a 2021 Employee Benefits Power Broker
Desiree Jimerson, Executive Vice President, AssuredPartners
Clear communication and strategic approaches are at the heart of Desiree Jimerson’s vision for her work and her clients’ success. For more than 11 years, Jimerson has partnered with Las Vegas casino, hospitality and event clients of all sizes, as well as their service providers.
Most recently Jimerson has worked with clients through difficulties arising out of the pandemic and the current economic crisis.
“We have about 600 employees and I work about 18 hours per day. Desiree and her team always pick up the phone or promptly return a call from me or my staff,” said Kevin Sheehan, president of Paramount Marketing Consultants.
“Desiree took all the necessary time to educate my HR staff and the employees. They literally pushed us toward higher enrollments and lower claims by constantly communicating with us.”
Jimerson also strategized cost savings opportunities for Eagle Promotions and helped them through HR issues such as layoffs, rehires, and other organizational challenges this year.
“Desiree understands that our industry is largely focused on hospitality and events and was extremely helpful and empathetic to the challenges we faced when the local economy shifted earlier in 2020.
“She brought forth ideas and mitigation strategies to bridge the gap during some of the most difficult times our business has ever faced,” said Mario Stadtlander, owner and operator of Eagle Promotions.
