“Greg is one of the most capable and forward-thinking cyber risk brokers I’ve worked with,” said an admiring client. The client should know: When the client transitioned from its previous reinsurer, it required a dedicated cyber liability program on a tight timeline as its incumbent insurer was non-renewing.

By aligning the client’s  underwriting data with Aon’s own criteria, Greg Sparacio created a streamlined, single-carrier structure with Starr: $10M excess of $250K, $1M aggregate self-insured retention, and tiered sublimits by member controls. Another client needed to renew its E&O/cyber program this year in a market still cautious about election risk. By leveraging his carrier relationships, Sparacio executed a broad marketing campaign, presenting the client with nine renewal options from four carriers, and ultimately secured a $10M program lead by its incumbent carrier, cutting their retention in half and doubling the expiring limit.

The renewal included a guaranteed renewal endorsement capping next year’s rate increase at 10% and increased the sublimits for reputational harm. The total gross premium was a 13% year-over-year savings and a 41% reduction on the expiring limit.
