Rapciewicz Named U.S. Casualty Leader at Lockton; Cullen Appointed as Head of Excess Casualty and Operations

Lockton named Peter Rapciewicz its U.S. Casualty Leader and appointed Jessica Cullen as Head of Excess Casualty and Operations.

Rapciewicz brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including a decade at Lockton where he most recently served as Alternative Risk Solutions Practice Leader. In his new role, he will oversee the strategic direction of the company’s U.S. casualty offerings. Cullen, who also has 20 years of experience, joined Lockton in 2024 after serving as a managing director at Gallagher. She will now strengthen Lockton’s casualty capabilities and support its excess liability platform.

Rapciewicz reports to Beresheim, while Cullen reports to Rapciewicz. Both are based in New York City. &
