Alliant Insurance Services named Jackson Bender and Joseph Ehrlich executive vice presidents within its Mergers & Acquisitions vertical.

“Jackson’s strong industry relationships and technical expertise in private equity advisory services and transactional risk enhance our ability to deliver sophisticated, customized solutions throughout the deal lifecycle,” said Mark Rusas, managing director, Alliant M&A.

Bender previously led the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practice at a leading insurance broker, advising corporate and financial acquirers across transactional risk, due diligence and post-close insurance placement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia.

“Joseph’s depth of knowledge, market relationships and technical expertise make him an exceptional addition to our growing M&A vertical,” said Rusas.

New York-based Ehrlich, a former M&A attorney, previously led the national private equity, family office and M&A practice at a top five national brokerage. He specializes in representations and warranties, tax and tax credit insurance, and other transactional risk solutions. Ehrlich graduated from Columbia University and earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. &
