Risk Strategies Broker Jesse Pardo Recognized as a 2021 Nonprofit Power Broker
Jesse Pardo, Senior Account Executive, Risk Strategies
His clients recognize him for his affable personality, quick response time and ability to manage complicated accounts.
But above all, broker Jesse Pardo excels at finding tailored solutions for his clients.
A standout moment in 2020 came when one of his clients encountered a tangle of logistics. The organization was set to begin a major construction project at the same time its insurance program was set to renew, but New York labor law requires coverage via costly owners’ interest liability and excess owners’ interest liability policies.
Instead, Pardo successfully negotiated with the package underwriter to provide coverage for the project as part of the renewal, including builder’s risk coverage.
He did all of this while keeping the proceedings as simple as possible for the client. And not only that, Pardo kept the conversation clear and simple so that everyone was on the same page. Service like this — in any sector — doesn’t go unnoticed.
“Over the years, I’ve dealt with different people at different brokerages, and he has by far been the most personable,” said Linda Jackson, managing director of Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Foundation. Jackson has worked with Pardo for about four years and has been very pleased with his service. “He’s fast, he’s helpful — it’s just hard to find brokers, let alone people, like that anymore.”
