Aon Names Brad Lorimer CEO of Canada

Aon plc named Brad Lorimer CEO of Canada, effective Sept. 1, 2026. Lorimer will report to Anne Corona, CEO of North America, and join the North America Executive Committee while remaining a member of the Canadian Executive Committee.

“Brad is an exceptional leader who has consistently demonstrated the ability to bring teams together, build strong client relationships and create momentum across the business,” Corona said. “His deep understanding of our business and the Canadian market, combined with his commitment to clients and talent for building high-performing teams, make him well-suited to lead the continued advancement of our Aon United strategy across Canada and North America.”

Lorimer brings more than 25 years of experience spanning brokerage, underwriting and client service, including 20 years with Aon. He most recently served as East and Central Region Leader, overseeing Human Capital and Risk Capital operations across Eastern and Central Canada. He will continue in that role until Aon identifies a successor.

Following the transition, Paul Croft will continue as chief operating officer of Canada and a member of the Canadian Executive Committee. &
