Aon Appoints Matt Lawrence Digital Broking Leader for Human Capital

Aon plc appointed Matt Lawrence as digital broking leader for Human Capital, reporting to Michael Pedel, head of Global Benefits for Aon.

In his new role, Lawrence will lead innovation strategy across Aon’s Human Capital broking capabilities, using new technologies and predictive analytics to transform the commercial insurance placement process. He will also work closely with carriers and clients to identify evolving needs and develop leading-edge solutions.

Lawrence re-joins Aon from WTW, where he served as head of broking and broking strategy across Europe and APAC. Prior to WTW, Lawrence spent more than two decades at Aon in senior leadership positions across Global Broking and Health Solutions, building deep expertise in broking, client advice, proposition development and corporate commercial strategy. &
