Arrowhead Intermediaries Names Leah Berger Chief Counsel

Arrowhead Intermediaries appointed Leah Berger as chief counsel, where she will lead legal strategy and provide counsel across the organization.

“Leah is an invaluable part of our business, bringing the legal insights, strategic mindset and collaborative approach needed to support an organization of our size and complexity,” said Steve Boyd, chief executive officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries. “As we continue building a diverse platform for the global insurance market, Leah’s leadership will help strengthen alignment across our businesses, support our continued growth and enhance the value we deliver to our customers, carrier partners and teammates.”

Berger brings more than 20 years of legal experience spanning insurance and reinsurance, specialty products, corporate governance, regulatory matters, privacy and cybersecurity compliance and complex business transactions. She joined Arrowhead in 2024 as senior counsel, corporate and transactions, supporting the organization’s growth through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Arrowhead, she held senior legal leadership roles at Vantage Risk, Aspen Insurance and Allied World.
