ATF Medical Names Vice President
ATF Medical announced the hiring of Brendan Swift as vice president of payer partnerships and marketing.
In this role, Swift will be responsible for leading both sales and marketing strategies, as well as managing oversight on national payer relationships.
Swift, who brings over 20 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry, joins ATF Medical from Elevance Health, formerly Anthem Inc., where he served as staff vice president, provider operations/enterprise provider data management. In addition to his workers’ comp experience, Swift also has a background in payer and provider operations.
“Brendan’s background in payer operations, payer relations and marketing, along with his passion for helping injured workers regain mobility and independence, make him a perfect fit in our growing organization,” said Sid Glover, CEO and president, ATF Medical.
Newfront Announces Several New Hires
Newfront announced the hiring of three professionals within its company: John Newell as chief commercial officer, DeWayne Anderson as its diversity, equity and inclusion program manager, and Tyler McAllister as the company’s Philadelphia market leader.
As chief commercial officer, Newell will “lead the insurance, benefits and retirement services of the company,” per a press release. He brings over 20 years of relevant industry experience to his new role with Newfront. Prior to his hiring, Newell worked with Marsh for the entirety of his insurance career. Most recently, he served as the head of the central U.S. region.
Anderson, who has assumed this newly created role of diversity, equity and inclusion program manager within Newfront, will be responsible for leading the company’s DEI council. He most recently served as the assistant director at the University of South Florida’s office of multicultural affairs.

McAllister, who has been named senior vice president and Greater Philadelphia market leader, joins Newfront from Marsh, where he served as senior vice president.
IMA Financial Group Hires Associate General Counsel
IMA Financial Group named Jason Lacey as associate general counsel.
In this role, Lacey will be based in Wichita, Kansas, and will work closely with a fellow IMA general counsel and executive team member, Eric Pauly. He joins IMA from Foulston Siefkin LLP, where he was a managing partner.
“Jason led Foulston Siefkin, one of the top law firms in the Midwest,” said Pauly, “and is equally regarded for his practical client-first approach and his technical expertise in the ever-evolving areas of ERISA and employee benefits.
