National Comp — the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference — is back!

After a year of challenges and uncertainties, what we know for sure sure is that National Comp is the place to be this October in Las Vegas. Here’s why:

Your Zoom screen needs a serious break. National Comp 2021 is 100% in person, with adherence to all safety protocols set forth by local and national health authorities at the time of the event. We know how eager everyone is to get face-to-face again in a safe environment, learning, sharing experiences, meeting new friends and old — it’s finally time.

A broad range of content. This year we’ll feature seven tracks — from core content on medical and pharmaceutical management, claims and return-to-work, plus new and expanded avenues to explore like risk finance and injury prevention. All of our educational sessions are chosen for their ability to deliver sound takeaways and ideas that attendees can use right now.

Perspectives from key industry leaders. Our program will kick off with a leadership panel featuring top leaders, engaged in the issues you’re facing right now, with a focus on the solutions that are emerging and the opportunities ahead to build a more resilient industry.

Plenty of real-world solutions. Employers are at the heart of our program, sharing the proven solutions that drive excellence across their programs. You’ll find these solutions throughout the 2021 agenda, starting with a special Q&A panel featuring the winners of the 2021 Teddy Award — employers that demonstrate consistent excellence and innovation in the way they approach their toughest challenges.

There are new ways to learn. National Comp’s brand-new CompTalks will be presented in person for the first time in 2021. These 15-minute educational presentations are a bit like Ted Talks but focus on our industry. CompTalks will feature passionate speakers sharing their insights on a range of topics.

And your old favorites are still here. If you’ve attended National Comp in the past, we know you missed 60 Tips in 60 Minutes last year. It’s back! Don’t forget your notepad. This year’s panel will deliver dozens of actionable tips in a rapid-fire, engaging and entertaining format.

A fully engaged conference experience. Meet friends and colleagues and learn about the latest the industry has to offer at Connect HQ, our reinvigorated expo hall. Connect HQ will feature our CompTalks theater, themed lunches, exciting events and innovative ideas.

Register now to be a part of National Comp 2021 and find the ideas and solutions to drive your program forward. We can’t wait to see you in person this October. &
