Marsh Names Jessica Fields to Lead New US Semiconductor and AI Compute Practice
Jessica Fields has joined Marsh in New York to lead Marsh Risk’s newly created US Semiconductor and AI Compute Practice, effective Aug. 4, 2026.
“Semiconductors and enabling technologies are central to digital infrastructure,” said Michelle Sartain, president, US and Canada, Marsh Risk. “Jessica’s appointment strengthens our ability to deliver industry-specific risk expertise as the sector continues to innovate and expand to meet growing demand for AI compute capacity.”
Fields joins Marsh from Aon, where she spent more than 11 years in a series of leadership roles across New York and San Francisco. As Northern California Market Leader, she focused on developing tailored risk capital solutions for technology and semiconductor clients. Most recently, as executive vice president, she led risk account executives in New York and supported executive-level client engagements. She brings more than 20 years of insurance brokerage and underwriting experience to the role, having started her career at Zurich and AXA XL.
In her new role, Fields will deliver tailored risk advisory and insurance solutions to clients across the semiconductor and AI compute sectors, drawing on Marsh’s advisory, emerging risk, reinsurance, and capital specialists. &
