Kevin Bryant was appointed to lead the National Public Entity Industry Practice at Marsh. Bryant will be responsible for ensuring that state and local government and not-for-profit clients across the U.S. receive public sector expertise, insights, and transactional services.

Jeffrey Alpaugh, Marsh’s U.S. and Canada Growth and Industry Leader, commented on Bryant’s appointment, stating, “Clients and colleagues will benefit significantly from Kevin’s experience, knowledge, and leadership as we continue to develop services and solutions that provide public entities with the protection they require to operate successfully and cost-effectively in today’s more complex risk environment.”

Bryant brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry, with a particular focus on assisting clients—including nonprofits and public entities—with property, casualty, and employee benefit strategies. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Resident Managing Director for Aon’s Greenville, South Carolina office for 14 years.

Bryant expressed his excitement about his new role, saying, “Public sector entities often must balance pursuing opportunities with addressing needs, such as aging infrastructure, disaster preparedness, law enforcement liability, cyber risk preparedness, and more recently pandemic resiliency. I’m excited to lead Marsh’s distinguished team of public sector risk experts and help these clients tackle these challenges.” &
