Julie Haase Appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Liberty Mutual Insurance

Liberty Mutual Insurance announced the appointment of Julie Haase as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective from Jan. 1, 2025. Haase will be joining the company’s executive leadership team and will report to CEO Tim Sweeney.

Haase, currently the executive vice president, executive managing director, and chief operating officer of Liberty Mutual Investments, joined Liberty Mutual in 2002. She has held various roles of increasing responsibility within the Corporate and Personal Insurance Finance organizations. Haase has also been in a leadership role for WE@Liberty, the company’s employee resource group supporting women and allies, since 2015. &
