Gallagher Bassett Promotes Leah Sharp to SVP of GBCARE and Managed Care Services

Gallagher Bassett promoted Leah Sharp to senior vice president of GBCARE and Managed Care Services.

In her new role, Sharp oversees the company’s clinical teams, Medical Bill Review, network strategies, ancillary network oversight, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, and nurse triage. She first joined Gallagher Bassett in 2019 as senior vice president of Clinical Services.

Before joining Gallagher Bassett, Sharp served as president of CareReview Inc., where she delivered physician, nurse, and technology solutions to third-party administrators, pharmacy benefits managers, and carriers.

Sharp holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in kinesiology and biomechanics from Auburn University. &
