Gallagher Bassett has named Scott Weislow vice president of Risk Control Consulting Services.

Weislow brings extensive leadership experience across enterprise risk management, EHS, sustainability, insurance and regulatory compliance. Most recently, he co-founded RiskLine Advisory, where he advised executive teams and boards on risk and governance strategy. Prior to that, he served as vice president of enterprise risk management at Marvin Windows and Doors, leading enterprise-wide risk, insurance and sustainability functions and delivering measurable improvements in loss performance and risk exposure.

In his new role, Weislow will design, scale and lead a risk control function focused on delivering measurable risk improvement for Gallagher Bassett clients while supporting growth and retention. He will also work to expand Risk Control services across the company’s client base, embedding these capabilities as a value-creating component of Gallagher Bassett’s broader solutions offering.
