Hiscox Announces Senior Appointments Within U.S. Partnerships Team
Hiscox recently announced the appointments of three senior executives to its U.S. partnerships team.
Tatiana DeJongh has been promoted to vice president of partnership management; Meghan Mueller has been named vice president of partnership strategy execution; and Benjamin French was named vice president of delegated authority partnerships.
DeJongh first joined Hiscox in 2013 and has since held several reputable positions, which include senior partnership manager and assistance vice president of partnership management. She played a key role in the foundations of many successful partnerships for Hiscox.
Mueller joined Hiscox in 2015 in the role of partnership manager and most recently served as a senior partnership manager.
French has been with Hiscox since 2007, where he was originally brought on as an architects & engineers (A&E) trainee underwriter. Prior to his new appointment, he served on the alternative distribution team.
“This is a hugely exciting moment for the partnerships team. The appointments of Tatiana, Meghan and Ben, will help to drive, refine and foster overall engagement with our partners,” said Jim Whetstone, senior vice president and head of digital partnerships and delegated authority.

Liberty Mutual Hires Executive Vice President
The Liberty Mutual Company Insurance Brokers announced the hiring of Stuart Ganis as executive vice president.
Ganis brings over 30 years of relevant industry experience to his new role with Liberty Mutual.
He brings vast knowledge from working as an independent agent as well as in consulting and training, which includes experience in consulting over 700 insurance agencies.
He has also been instrumental in completing over 70 acquisitions in which he represented buyers and sellers.
Conner Strong & Buckelew Announces Hiring of New Vice President
Conner Strong & Buckelew announced the appointment of Ed Hanna as vice president of enterprise risk management (ERM). The announcement comes as Conner Strong & Buckelew launches its enterprise risk management practice.
In his new role, Hanna will “oversee the development and delivery of new technologies and services to better manage risk,” a press release announcing the appointment said.
Hanna brings over 20 years of experience in the creation and implementation of ERM programs to his new role with Conner Strong & Buckelew. He most recently served as the commercial and sales leader for RCM&D’s Pennsylvania operations.
“As Conner Strong continues to grow, we’re excited to expand our service offering by bringing Ed on board to head up our Enterprise Risk Management practice,” said Michael Tiagwad, president and CEO of Conner Strong & Buckelew.
