SterlingRisk Promotes Marci Waterman to Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Names John S. Beres as Chief Operating Officer
SterlingRisk has promoted Marci Waterman to deputy chief executive officer and named John S. Beres as chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Waterman joined SterlingRisk in 2013 and served as chief operating officer for nearly a decade, overseeing all aspects of operations and enhancing efficiency and profitability. In her new role, she will support Sterling in advancing the company’s objectives and translating strategic vision into execution. She will also continue to serve as President of Sterling Analytics, a global leader in legal bill review and consulting services.
Beres joined SterlingRisk in 2017 and most recently served as chief business officer and director of Client Services and Development. He brings more than 40 years of senior-level experience in the insurance industry and will now oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations and execution of key priorities. &
