Sedgwick Appoints Jason Rogers Managing Director of Carrier & Captive Solutions

Sedgwick has appointed Jason Rogers as managing director of its newly created Carrier & Captive Solutions practice.

His appointment reinforces our commitment to the market, strengthens our ability to deliver tailored solutions, and positions us for continued long-term growth.”

Rogers brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience spanning underwriting, brokerage and program administration. Most recently, he held senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility, building high-performing teams and developing the next generation of leaders.

In his new role, Rogers will lead Sedgwick’s work across captives, insurance carriers, MGAs and MGUs and drive the continued development of the company’s purpose-built growth platform. He will operate within Sedgwick’s Growth Markets division, reporting directly to Fink. Rogers holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. &
