Gallagher Bassett has appointed Nikki Jackson as the Head of Learning Strategy and Emerging Talent in North America. Jackson will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative learning strategies that drive talent growth, engagement, and performance across the organization.

“The industry at large has found a challenge in attracting and retaining top-quality talent. Nikki is a seasoned thought leader with deep expertise in adult learning, claims education, leadership development, and emerging talent strategies. I’m thrilled to be adding her experience to the team,” said Irina Simpson, EVP—Workers’ Compensation.

Jackson brings over 18 years of experience in property and casualty insurance to her new role. Prior to joining Gallagher Bassett, she was the founder and CEO of Elevate the Narrative, a consulting firm specializing in risk and insurance. She has also held leadership roles in operations, strategy, and marketing with Liberty Mutual, Sedgwick, and MTI America.
