Marsh appointed Katrina Zafiriadis as leader of its newly established Service Delivery Practice, US and Canada, Marsh Risk, effective immediately.
“Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. The Service Delivery Practice represents a significant investment in delivering greater client value by providing tailored, consistent, and seamless service. I am confident that under Katrina’s leadership, Marsh Risk will raise the bar for client service in the industry,” said Michelle Sartain, president of Marsh Risk, US and Canada.
Zafiriadis brings over two decades of leadership experience in service delivery and operational resilience. She most recently served as chief of staff to Sartain. Before joining Marsh in 2018 as business resiliency head of the Americas, she held roles at Deutsche Bank as regional head of operational resilience risk and at Alliance Bernstein as global operations and program manager.
In her new role, Zafiriadis will spearhead efforts to optimize client service delivery, reduce complexity and elevate the client experience across the U.S. and Canada. The new practice unifies client service specialists across regions, client segments and risk practices, with core teams based in Austin, Texas; Bogotá, Colombia; and Mexico City. &
