As employees head back into the office, we’re seeing work comp claim counts beginning to normalize with pharmacy trends following suit. Last year retail and mail order channels continued to see positive results through pharmacy program management. However, in-network prescription costs increased with 8 of the top therapeutic classes experiencing increased utilization per claim.
