Willis, a WTW business, appointed Charity Ramler as global client advocate within North America.

“I’ve known Charity for much of my career and had the pleasure of working with her previously,” said Melissa Dunn, deputy Midwest Region leader and deputy large accounts leader for NA. “I am thrilled to welcome her to WTW and look forward to the fantastic impact she will have on our team. I know she will continue to be beloved by clients and help us continue to build on our growing momentum in the large account client base.”

In her new role, Ramler will accelerate the company’s presence in the F1000 and large account client base, with a focus on the retail, manufacturing, media, and transportation industries. With over two decades of experience, Ramler previously held senior client executive roles at Marsh and most recently served as a managing director and account executive at Aon, where she was recognized as an elite client service provider.
