After an extensive review with the client to understand their needs and preferences, Leslie negotiated a tailored solution with a specialty collection carrier that manuscripted important endorsements onto the policy that were not included in the prior coverage. She also secured a multi-year term guarantee endorsement, meaning the rate will stay consistent until the 2028 renewal, a rare concession by the carrier that gave the client peace of mind knowing rates will remain constant even through hard market conditions.
Finally, Leslie worked with her network to find an innovative solution to the client’s challenges of wanting to both wear and protect their collections.
Some items had been stored in a bank vault, but the client found it difficult to access items in the vault.
Leslie recommended a specialty logistics company that provides secure storage and overnight global delivery and worked with the underwriter to apply the bank vault credit to the items stored by this service. Leslie achieved a 27% overall reduction in premiums across the portfolio.
