Sometimes faith in what someone knows is just as important as faith in what they will do. That’s how Lynette Wachuku’s clients feel about her. “Lynette assisted us in a tremendous manner for a large, complex business interruption claim,” said one insurance director.
“She provided not just outstanding service but also thoughtful insights. She was proactive in finding qualified experts to assist in adjusting the claim and facilitated open and transparent communication from the start.
“She coordinated resources at Marsh to help address any concerns regarding coverage and established expectations for what makes a large claim efficient and successful for all parties involved,” the director continued.
The director also noted that, “Lynette ensured the claim was her top priority, attending all meetings and conference calls and consistently demonstrated her commitment to resolving the claim.”
“She also relied on her prior adjusting experience to provide insights to make the adjusting process smooth, which limited the burden on our internal resources. Lynette did a wonderful job making sure all parties understood what data was needed to adjust the claim and why.
“As a result of her contributions, the claim was resolved expeditiously and in a positive manner for all,” they said.
