IOA Broker Michael Zeeff Recognized as a 2026 Private Client Power Broker
Michael Zeeff, Private Client Producer, IOA
When a New Jersey executive purchased a second home in a hurricane-prone area of coastal Florida, he knew he needed local expertise.
After an extensive search for an agent, he began working with Michael Zeeff and his agency. Zeeff placed coverage for the new home, but the client was moved to a new standard carrier by the state through depopulation during the first term.
Zeeff worked closely with the client to educate him about the change and to ensure coverage remained in force and sufficient.
The client said, “When I moved homeowner’s insurance to Michael, he came to my house and filled out the information that the insurance company required. He then checked my windows to see if they were hurricane rated to get me a discount. When was the last time an agent offered to do that for a customer? I have never experienced that prior to Michael.”
Another client was purchasing a new home that needed significant renovations before it would be occupied by the new owners. Zeeff worked closely with them to coordinate the builder’s risk policy and, once the renovations were completed, did a thorough review of the property and additional risks to ensure coverage was sufficient.
In a tough homeowner’s market, Zeeff was able to secure coverage for the newly renovated coastal property while keeping costs aligned with the new risk.
