Both entities differ significantly, which required Chahal and her team to collaborate extensively with the client teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to their renewal process.

To ensure a seamless experience and favorable result, Chahal employed a SWOT analysis that revealed both internal and external risks across various facets of the industry. Furthermore, she delved into the exposure levels of the different entities and also examined the similarities of the companies’ operations — further exposing other potential vulnerabilities.

This deep analysis enabled all parties to thoroughly assess their exposure and develop an optimal solution tailored to the insured’s needs. The result was a single-carrier solution that streamlined the coverage for the client, while being cost effective and efficient.
