Aon Broker Hope Eberhardt Recognized as a 2022 Manufacturing Power Broker
Hope Eberhardt, Director, Casualty Broking, Aon
Recognizing that each client is very different in how they approach risk, implement insurance programs, and how they view a successful renewal is key to Hope Eberhardt’s brokering philosophy.
Eberhardt’s objective is to identify any client concerns or desired areas of improvement by offering solutions that can enhance her client’s programs and protect them against risk with competitive premiums.
“Hope manages our primary casualty programs and has been tremendous at not only understanding our risk, but also finding creative ways to manage program costs in what has been a very tight market,” said Dean Bruno, vice president treasury at Advanced Drainage Systems.
For Advanced Drainage Systems, Eberhardt has been entrepreneurial in structuring negotiations with carriers, giving the client a clear understanding of the pricing and coverage differences between markets.
Eberhardt also consistently provides great customer service to United Airlines.
“Hope is committed to finding a fair outcome that is based on the risk profile of her client and the market,” said Andy Nottestad, managing director, risk management at United Airlines.
“She is able to use analytics and logic to help the insured tell their story to the insurers and also is able to help the insured understand the current market dynamics.”
