Aon Names Anne Corona North America CEO, Elevates Lori Goltermann to Vice Chair, Appoints Farheen Dam Enterprise Clients CEO

Aon announced three leadership transitions, effective immediately unless otherwise noted.

Anne Corona succeeds Lori Goltermann as CEO of North America, where she will lead the delivery of the firm’s Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities across the region. Corona brings more than 25 years of experience at Aon, most recently serving as CEO of Enterprise Clients and Global Chief Commercial Officer. She previously served as CEO of Asia Pacific and president of Aon’s Financial Services Group.

“Anne’s deep leadership experience across regional, client and solution roles at Aon positions her to build on our growth in serving clients in North America,” said Aon President and CEO Greg Case.

Goltermann, who has spent more than 30 years at Aon, transitions to vice chair effective March 31, 2026, where she will advise on workforce development, women’s health issues and talent advancement across the industry.

Farheen Dam steps into Corona’s former role as CEO of Enterprise Clients and Chief Client Officer. Dam previously served as North America Health Solutions Leader and joined Aon in 2022 with extensive leadership experience in health care and human capital.

All three report to Case and serve on the Aon Executive Committee. &
