Alliant Insurance Services Names Jeff Black Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits Group

Jeff Black has joined Alliant Insurance Services as senior vice president within its Employee Benefits Group.

“Jeff brings an exceptional ability to connect human capital strategy with the broader priorities driving an organization,” said Kevin Overbey, president, Alliant Employee Benefits. “His extensive background advising companies and investors through periods of growth, transformation, and change will provide a powerful competitive advantage for our clients.”

Black brings more than 30 years of experience advising organizations on human capital, total rewards, and mergers and acquisitions. Based in Chicago, he will advise a diverse portfolio of clients on benefits strategies designed to support growth, organizational transformation, and critical business initiatives. His background includes designing integrated benefits programs with a focus on strategy development, program design and implementation, vendor negotiations, and data analysis.
