Alicia Williams Promoted to Vice President of People and Culture at United Educators

Alicia Williams was named vice president of People and Culture at United Educators (UE) insurance. Her new role includes leadership of Human Resources and UE’s Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance (IDEA).

“UE’s distinguishing assets are its people and culture,” said Richard Mills, UE’s president and CEO. “Alicia is the perfect fit for this new role. She’s a strategic thinker and superb communicator who delivers results by engaging our dynamic workforce.”

Williams joined UE in 2013, managing catastrophic injury and sexual misconduct litigation in her role as senior counsel. In 2021, she was promoted to lead a team of analysts handling personal injury and employment claims. Prior to UE, Williams spent a decade litigating tort and breach of contract cases, beginning her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Evelyn Omega Cannon.
