Carisk Partners Promotes Alana Letourneau to Chief Clinical Strategy Officer
Carisk Partners announced the promotion of Alana Letourneau, MD, as the company’s chief clinical strategy officer. In this role, Letourneau will be responsible for the oversight of the Carisk physician teams throughout several business lines while still maintaining responsibility for both the quality and clinical data teams.
Letourneau first joined Carisk in 2017 as vice president of the clinical program strategy and was promoted in 2019 to a senior vice president role.
Additionally, Letourneau assisted in developing clinical operations and technology systems within Carisk Outcomes.
“Under Alana’s leadership, I am confident we will continue to demonstrate to the market there is a different way to look at, and manage, the clinical needs of our patients, and the social and emotional support, they and their families need,” commented Joseph Berardo Jr., CEO of Carisk.
TruSight Announces Head of Global Product Strategy and Client Solutions
TruSight has hired Charles Forde as head of global product strategy and client solutions. In this role, Forde will “oversee the expansion of TruSight’s service offering” as well as leading the provider’s European business development.
Forde brings a background in the international financial services industry to his new role with TruSight.
Specifically, Forde worked in management, third party, outsourcing and managing cyber risk. Before joining TruSight, he worked at Allied Irish Banks as group head of operational risk.
“His stellar industry reputation, coupled with his deep understanding and appreciation of the value of industry utilities, makes Charles the ideal person to drive adoption of the TruSight model in the European financial services industry,” commented Jonathan Pressman, CEO of TruSight.
Jennifer Law to Join Aon’s Asia Pacific Capital Advisory Unit
Aon announced Jennifer Law as a new member of the firm’s Asia Pacific capital advisory unit with Reinsurance Solutions.
In this role, Law will work with company clients in the Asia Pacific region while growing the use of Aon’s products and services to increase capital.
Prior to joining Aon, Law worked as the managing director of Global Non-Bank Financials Equity Research for Haitong International Research Limited.

Burns & Wilcox Promotes Bonnie Steen and Cain Webber
Burns & Wilcox recently announced the promotions of Bonnie Steen to managing director and Cain Webber to associate managing director.
In her role, Steen will manage oversight of the growth strategy of the Burns & Wilcox New Orleans location as well as managing the New Orleans team. She brings over 35 years of industry experience to her new role with Burns & Wilcox.
As associate managing director, Webber will be responsible for assisting in the growth strategy led by Steen. He first joined Burns & Wilcox over a decade ago.

RT Specialty Announces Appointment of Account Administrator
RT Specialty hired Justin Kochmer as an account administrator within the company’s environmental and construction professional practice. In this role, Kochmer will support “the expert account and policy management services provided to brokers and agents nationwide.”
Kochmer joins RT Specialty from the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority where he worked within the risk management program.
“Justin has the initiative to not only grow but also to thrive in this industry,” said Jefferey S. Lejfer, president of RT’s New Jersey office.
