Ryan Bond Appointed Head of Property and Casualty for Bermuda at Lockton

Lockton appointed Ryan Bond as head of property and casualty (P&C) for Bermuda in a newly-created role, effective Sept. 8, 2025. Bond will report to Philip DiMeglio, managing director of Lockton Bermuda, and hold overall responsibility for the company’s growing P&C client base on the island.

“Ryan’s experience makes him a fantastic addition to Lockton,” said Blake Roseveare, head of specialty at Lockton. “Our independence and client-first approach have already driven impressive growth in Bermuda P&C. Ryan’s expertise will enhance our client offering and further accelerate the development of our business.”

Bond brings more than 25 years of P&C and general insurance experience, with nearly two decades in leadership roles at Marsh. He most recently served as Head of Insurance Innovation for Climate and Sustainability and was previously UK and Ireland CEO of specialist international placement broker Bowring Marsh.
