Lockton has appointed Paul Primavera as its National Construction Practice Leader, effective immediately. In this role, Primavera will oversee Lockton’s national construction strategy, focusing on driving growth, enhancing client engagement, and optimizing resources to deliver value across the U.S.

“Rising litigation costs, labor shortages, and price fluctuations in building materials — driven in part by tariffs — are creating significant economic and operational challenges for the construction industry,” said Chris DiLullo, Lockton’s U.S. Industry Practices Leader.

“Paul brings a wealth of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and deep industry knowledge to this role. He has been, and will continue to be, a tremendous asset to Lockton and our clients during this critical time.”

Primavera has spent more than 16 years with Lockton, most recently serving as National Risk Control Services Practice Leader, where he developed solutions for claim- and exposure-related issues. He is recognized as a thought leader in construction, claims, and loss control, and frequently speaks at industry events. &
