Aon announced the promotion of Lisa Stevens to the newly created role of chief administrative officer, effective immediately.

Greg Case, CEO of Aon, praised Stevens’ leadership, saying, “With our Marketing and Communications and Public Affairs teams already working in close collaboration with the colleagues in our People Organization, this office is a natural evolution and the right home for these teams as we look to build on our momentum and go further, faster as one global firm.”

Stevens, who has been with Aon since 2018, previously served as the firm’s chief people officer and was instrumental in implementing and leading strategies that align the firm’s 60,000 colleagues with its client-centric Aon United mission. In her new role, Stevens will continue to oversee the People Organization while also taking on expanded responsibilities across Marketing and Communications and Public Affairs.

Prior to joining Aon, Stevens spent 29 years at Wells Fargo, where she led the Western region of the United States, overseeing a team of 32,000 across 2,700 branches in 24 states. &
