Hinterland Insurance Appoints Kristine Hardy and Evan Krozy to Executive Roles

Hinterland Insurance, an independent MGA and program administrator specializing in tough-to-place risks, appointed two senior executives to its leadership team. Evan Krozy joins as chief underwriting officer, and Kristine Harding will serve as executive vice president of commercial package and property, reporting to Krozy.

“I am thrilled to add two experienced insurance industry leaders to our team,” said CEO Lee Glaser. “Evan’s strategic specialty lines underwriting experience and Kristine’s expertise in developing tailored coverage structures will be invaluable in the execution of our strategy.”

Krozy brings more than 25 years of insurance experience spanning commercial lines underwriting, specialty lines, programs, portfolio management and product development. He most recently served as chief operations officer at Frederick Mutual Insurance Company and previously held roles including deputy chief underwriting officer at Ascot Group and chief underwriting officer for specialty property at The Hanover Insurance Group.

Harding brings more than 17 years of underwriting and brokerage experience, having held senior roles at leading carriers and a global brokerage. She will draw on her deep technical expertise and market insight to bolster relationships with key trading partners and support strategic growth. &
