Mark Mileusnic is Chief Customer Operations Officer at NCCI. He is a 35-year veteran of the insurance industry having worked at Chubb for 20 years before joining NCCI. In addition to his Kids’ Chance role, Mark is a Board Member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and a Leadership Advisory Council Member for The Place of Hope – a child welfare organization serving Palm Beach County.
