Stephen Bushnell is a co-founder and president of Sustainable Disaster Response Council and is recognized as a risk-focused expert on green buildings, disaster planning/response, sustainable operations and the broader risk management implications of sustainability challenges. Will Wynn is the former mayor of Austin, TX. Prior to that, he had a successful 20-year career in the commercial real estate development industry with projects in Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Austin. Rob Jarrell is an analyst at Capital E where he has conducted extensive research on the impact of smart surface infrastructure on cities. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
