Before joining Graham Company, O’Neill worked as a Territory Manager with Ferguson HVAC- Lyon Conklin. O’Neill uses his experience and knowledge from consulting with contracting businesses on growth, operations, marketing and sales strategy to provide high level ideas and plans to Graham’s clients.
