Brenda Ross-Dulan Elected to NJM Insurance Group’s Board of Directors

NJM Insurance Group has elected Brenda Ross-Dulan to its Board of Directors.

Ross-Dulan brings over 25 years of experience within the financial services industry to NJM Insurance Group. Specifically, she has expertise in management, community investment and board leadership. In 2017, she founded The Ross-Dulan Group, a strategy consulting firm, where she now serves as president and CEO. She also currently serves as the chair of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce board.

“Brenda is an exceptional leader with an accomplished history in financial services,” said Mitch Livingston, NJM president and CEO. “Her longstanding support for business owners and communities will be a valuable asset as NJM expands its products and services in the region.”

Lockton Names New Senior Vice President in Pacific Region

Lockton hired Dane Lupe as senior vice president and producer of the Pacific region.

In this role, Lupe will be responsible for fostering partnerships with private equity and commercial real estate firms “to provide guidance in proactively mitigating, transferring and insuring their risk,” a press release announcement the appointment said.

Lupe brings over 13 years’ experience in the property and casualty, employee benefits and private equity insurance sectors to Lockton. He most recently served as the area senior vice president for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher)

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty Announce Two Appointments

Maria Grace, global head of property, AGCS

Thomas Keating, executive underwriter, environmental impairment liability, AGCS

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) announced the appointment of Maria Grace as global head of property and Thomas Keating as executive underwriter, environmental impairment liability (EIL) for North America.

Prior to joining AGCS, Grace served as the chief underwriting officer for property and inland marine with Everest Re Group. She brings over 23 years of both commercial underwriting and claims experience to AGCS.

“I am delighted to welcome Maria to AGCS as Global Head of Property. She has wide experience in both underwriting and claims and a proven track record in terms of both technical excellence and profitable growth across the market cycle,” said Tony Buckle, chief underwriting officer.

In his role as executive underwriter, Keating will be responsible for overseeing both global and domestic portfolio development and account management. He brings a near two decades of underwriting and environmental science experience to AGCS. He most recently served as an executive underwriter with Chubb.

“Although the environmental insurance marketplace continues to be stable, it is showing initial stages of a hardening market. Thomas’ strong field experience and technical know-how is the perfect combination needed to service our clients and expand our growing portfolio,” said Steve Tagert, regional environmental practice leader, North America.

Bobbie Goldie Named Senior Vice President of IAT Insurance Group

Bobbie Goldie, senior vice president, moving & storage division, IAT Insurance Group

IAT Insurance Group hired Bobbie Goldie as senior vice president, moving & storage division. Additionally, she will also serve as a member of IAT’s management committee.

Goldie brings more than 25 years of industry experience to her new role with IAT Insurance Group. Prior to her appointment, she served as senior vice president, cyber with Chubb.

“We are excited to have Bobbie join our organization,” said Todd Bateson, IAT’s executive vice president, commercial transportation.

“Her demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple lines of business, build brand awareness, set appropriate strategy, drive underwriting excellence, and achieve target returns will greatly benefit us as we continue to strengthen our Moving & Storage capabilities as well as deepen our relationships with our brokers across IAT.” &
