Crisis intervention programs can mitigate the harmful effects of traumatic stress, provide support, and offers encouragement to accelerate recovery. Doing so is not only the right thing to do, but it can also prevent losses to productivity at both an individual and organizational level. This session will delve into workplace violence, anger management, stress management and communication skills to help prevent workplace violence and deal with it’s after effects. We will also discuss real life case examples.
