Joel Raedeke is chief technology and data science officer for Broadspire US. Beyond his responsibility for setting the strategy and overseeing the execution of consultative analytics, data science and technology, Joel is an advocate for innovative workplace culture in pursuit of client outcomes. Joel began his industry career in 2001 as a RMIS analyst, growing to manager of custom reporting, analytic technology, and data conversions. He joined Broadspire in 2004 and was promoted to a manager of custom reporting and data conversions and left the company in 2007 to join ESIS as vice president of strategic outcomes. He returned to Broadspire as senior vice president of analytics, and in 2012 was named senior vice president of technology with Broadspire USA. Initially managing client-facing technology, he soon was promoted to overseeing all technology, consultative analytics and data science operations. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wheaton College.
